Before -  don't strain or even try - just sit in a comfortable bath and relax - your anus went through major trauma and your sphincter is clenched - it needs to relax for your BM to happen smoothly.

Sitz and relax, don’t push or strain.  It will come out if you’re relaxed

**stuck inside is there with me even now also

Feeling like something is stuck inside my is there with me even more also. An outcome of some heat at surgical site as round heals, some discharge and swelling. It will subside gradually.
Having BMs like once a day even if you feel you have not fully emptied is ok.
If you still have doubts then visit a doc. If your original doc doesn’t listen then go to another one and explain your symptoms and ask them is that ok and else suggest what to be done.
