1 month for squats id say. God forbid a setback

After 1 to 2 weeks, you should be able to do most of your normal activities. But don't do things that require a lot of effort. It is important to avoid heavy lifting and straining with bowel movements while you recover. Listen to your body 😉

right, It is important to avoid heavy lifting while you recover, especially those exercises that put pressure on your abdominals, anal area, or hemorrhoids. These types of activities may make your symptoms worse and cause pain, irritation, or bleeding.
