Does anyone have a problem passing gas due to internal hemorrhoids? I'm unable to pass gas due to them :(

Yes I have started doing that nowadays. What I do is I lay on my back and pull heels towards my buttocks. This helps to pass gass

if it's causing pain, can't you manually, physically encourage it?  like spreading a bit

Relaxing is the key if my hypothesis is correct.  If you have muscle relaxers, they can help too
