Could anal dilators help with hemorrhoids? My colorectal surgeon says my sphincter is too tight and that i have to take warm baths etc. After years my external rhoids are still there. Could dilators potentially help me?

The sphincter is a muscle that unfortunately clenches when hemorrhoids flare.  Muscle relaxers and sitz baths seem to be the best way to go.

Yes, ive been taking supplements, diosmin, hesperidin, grape seed, witch  hazel, plus hem-control by naticura but nothing changed

Take muscle relaxers like a benzo and flavonoids like @Sam Mendoza said.  That and hot baths helped me turn around a thrombose

No, i havent asked him yet. My CRS said the origin of my problem is that my sphincter is too tight and they wont resolve until i learn to relax it with warm baths. Dilators purpose is to relax the sphincter so i thought they could help. I was just wondering if anyone has tried them and found them useful.
