Probiotics - Early Side effects question. Just started taking some probiotics and the first day after I have had some aches in my lower right abdomen and then some diarrhea (which is abnormal for me as of late) I read that when you first start taking them these are possible side effects- just wondering if anyone had a similar experience? thank you
