Any tips/advice/recommendations on products that REALLY improve the quality of your BM (namely: being smooth)?

Thanks all! I’ve been trying to eat a lot of fruits, like at least 1 fruit everyday. But I do feel like I need something extra, just to be sure everything will come out soft/smooth. Will try the gummiebears since Im not a big fan of other powder laxatives. 

Also, does someone know some good psyllium husk pills or something?
