I hope that’s working for you!  I also tried different #Bio hacking , having more of a #Sporty Life and #MEDITATION (mindfulness) to improve my condition.  They all helped, but couldn’t stop their eventual worsening.  Definitely #Gut Health is the most important factor you have control over imo

Grape sized are sizeable, esp without a flare-up.  What will you do to keep them from getting worse (other than workout routine)?

Thanks for the advice. That's true. Although the flare up is gone now and what's left are small grape sized hemmies but yeah I don't want to worsen then thats for sure. I want to keep them as they are. And I can go on with my life
