Amazing Walls

shared a chat session in group #Rhoid Rage (& recovery)

I found this group via a nice person on Reddit. I’m 25 and gay. I had a fissure for a while but it’s gone now. I have been tested for STDs and am clean. My problem is that my anus looks a little puffy, to me at least, but more importantly it itches like crazy and feels dry a lot of the time (irritated dry that is). I’m resorting to using some heavy duty anti itch/numbing agent just so i can sleep through the night. Since monday I’ve been using a butt plug (based on a post i saw about fissures) to see if it would help. While it’s inside and for a while after it’s out, the itching stops. This makes me think that it has something to do with the puffiness causing the walls/whatever you call it to push against each other slightly. My question is, without having to go to a doctor at least, is there a way to know if it’s a hemorrhoid, something else, or do i have to just go back? There’s no blood or anything. It’s a bit sensitive and if i wipe too many times i’ll see a tiny speck of red, but it usually goes away in a couple of hours. My guess is it’s a hemorrhoid but nothing I use seems to fix it. Any ideas?

I think you should go back for a clear diagnosis before trying things like butt plugs that might give some temporary relief but make things worse long term
