Hey. I'm new here. I'm 23 and I had pain and blood during BM since 6 days. I had piles since 6-7 years. Now pain is less and no blood. I still went to the doctor and he said I have sentinel pile and fissure and should get it surgically removed. Should I go for surgery or take medicines and change lifestyle? PS: I have money problems and want to avoid surgery if possible.
