Laser surgery or Kshar sutra?

I have grade 3 hemorrhoids and doctor adviced me that I’ll need a surgery. I’m from India and we have laser surgery option available as well Ayurvedic surgery called Kshar sutra. 

Has anybody have any experience with any of these two methods? Please share some suggestions. Thanks.
