I had a few sessions done. It didn't help me. But mine were a couple of high grade 2 and one grade 3. It was totally painless though. No discomfort, no discharge, was back to normal a day after each session

In India we have Laser and Kshar Sutra methods available, so I’m just thinking of biting the bullet and get it operated as I have grade 3 haemorrhoids but I’m not sure which method to do, is laser better recovery wise etc or Kshar sutra if you have any idea.

They did the IRC on me. While doing the procedure it hurt me like a needle prick like a 6/10 . Then after 5 min it was like 1/10. I am now in week three. It is may be reduced by like 20% but it still itches a lot . I also have v minor bleeding after bm which I did not have before the procedure.

I have had infrared coagulation done. It also gave me minimal discomfort.

I must say the hemorrhoid isn’t completely gone either. I think i mistook experiences as in the internal hemorrhoid not prolapsing as the hemorrhoid being “gone”. 

But what I can say for now is that the hemorrhoid has become substantially smaller. 

In 2 weeks i will go for a new checkup and possibly a third IRC procedure. If that doesnt work he suggested RBL. But i already expressed my feelings about it, so if that’s the case ill prolly have them cut out the tissue with a laser procedure. 

I hope it will be gone by the third IRC though.

I also need to mention I changed my diet and now i have less discomfort when passing a bm
