I'm 29 years old, no family of history of colon, rectal or anal cancer. Since the beginning of August I have had constant inner anal pain that has not gone away and is all day everyday. The second week of August my hemorrhoid exploded and ever since then the pain has not stopped. It's every day still till today. I've had rectal bleeding only when I strain, so about 3 times since August. I even have a discharge that is yellow sometimes. I've been to two doctors and one urgent care. The urgent care said it was hemorrhoids when they did the glove on the hand exam. First doctor said it sounds like fissure or hemorrhoids. Second doctor said it sounds like my diet, fissures, or hemorrhoids that are internal. Third doctor said I had a skin tag on my anus and says its my diet. All of them denied me a referral to a colectoral or proctologist because my symptoms sound mild. I'm a hypochondriac, so I keep worrying it's cancer and don't want to keep running to doctors every week.
