Is it possible to get hemorrhoids again after laser hemmorodoctomy ?
I mean just in the future.if i eat kinda healthy and drink water is it possible to get again?
I am one month post surgery.doing ok i think
But at the bathroom i have to push a bit to get the poop out or my colon.is that ok?
Doctor said i will not get hemorrhoids again.but I don’t really believe that.also i know i should not push but it is the only way to get the bowels going.

You need to manage this by good fibrous food, water and bit of walking to ensure gut movement. NEVER NEVER strain.

The old ones that have been removed should not return but you can still develop more especially if you are pushing for you BMs.

Hemorrhoids are varicose veins (swollen veins) but inside anus. People have varicose veins on legs hands etc. Now there are a lot of veins like a network carrying blood flow on the Anus region. Removing few swollen veins at a point in time (haemmerhoidectomy) does not ensure none of the other veins might not swell up.
So best thing is change of lifestyle- fibrous food (fruits and vegetables), minimum 30
Minutes of walk, atleast 3 bottles of waters.
Balance in everything is the key - eat too much of one thing or do / don’t do one thing etc and get ready to get into the rut of hems again in due course of time.
