The only suppositories that ever helped me were Posuline Supps. (Policresulen 100mg, Cinchocaine 2.5mg).  These had to be kept in the refrigerator and i used them mainly before bed.   

No honestly to me they kind of suck and caused more of an irritation than anything. Maybe different for other people but for me no good. I used the other generic brand posted earlier that has only cocoa butter and a vasoconstriction phenylphedrine I think it’s called. Worked way better for just not feeling so dry inside. Also I never inserted them completely just kind of pushed it in a little and let it sit there for a minute or so and back out.

Anything special about these ones compared to all the others?

Yeah I stopped using it. To be honest I was kind of just barely inserting them just to get some lubrication in there because everything felt so dry. I am now only using the diltiazem ointment.

I prefer ointment, but most otc products were ineffective regardless

To be honest I tried them a couple times and they suck for me. No noticeable difference and honestly more of an annoyance than anything. I’m using these now from Walgreens just to help bring some moisture in there and hopefully help with the healing.
